Here are the new condos for 2020.

This condo is located in Soi Sukhumvit 21 (ASOKE).

Let's go through the neighborhood in order to get to know "ASOKE" area first.

ASHTON ASOKE is on MRT "Sukhumvit station" which is connected to BTS "ASOKE station" and the famous mall "Terminal 21 ASOKE" too.

You can easily find this condo as the tall black building and one of the icons of ASOKE next to Terminal 21.

Terminal 21 has many kind of things in the mall which has made this mall very famous for the tourists from all over the world.

In the basement floor has goumet market for your grocery shoping and and some banks there which are good for daily use.

In front of the condo, there is a MRT exit/entrance.

Once you go into the basement, you can find Starbucks, international food or Thai food or some other things in "metro mall". This is a station mall so it's closed around 8pm.

If after 8pm, just go though to Terminal 21 or this conde has a secret back door which is connected to Soi Sukhumvit 19 and you can find a Seven-Eleven just in front of the little soi from the condo.

Soi Sukhumvit 19 has some internation food in the soi and also easy to go to Terminal 21 or Westin Hotel, Robison and Top's market. ASOKE is such a wonderful place to stay because easy to access to anywhere or you can find what you want near you.

Asoke street view which are owned by the owner of THE KLASSE Residence Sukhumvit 19 : Just 5 minutes away from ASHTON ASOKE by walk and we have our own team to look after the units too, so nothing to worry about to stay in these 2 units at all.
